Our goal is to help our congregation
and community create healthy lifestyles by programs emphasizing
the whole person--this includes "the mind, body and spirit."
On the first Sunday of each month,
blood pressures are done and healthy snacks are provided before
Worship service. The Group then meets after Worship Service for
our planning meeting. We invite anyone interested to join us at
